All labeled. items are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 3 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

Standard shipping
Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $100. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.

Express shipping
Express shipping is available for $15 where eligible. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time and does not eliminate production time.

Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Personalized orders
Personalized items require review and production before shipment and may require additional processing time.

Incorrect shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 14 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date so we can help.
